Shaline Montgomery - Is the Founder of Outside These Walls.
She is passionate about the development of youth, both physically and spiritually. Shaline grew up in Mason Valley and chose to raise her children here as well. She is a wife and she and her husband have four children and two handsome grandsons. She has been the President of the Boys and Girls Club of Mason Valley for the past years, and also holds positions in the community as the President of the Yerington Chamber of Commerce,
She is certified in Pilates and hopes to one day open a studio in Yerington. She is furthering her education in biblical studies and is passionate about serving God and loving people in everything she does. She has an infectious joy and a genuine love for the lost and hurting. Once you have met her, you will never forget her. Shaline never meets a stranger.
Shelly Fowler - Shelly lives in Yerington with her husband, Curtis and four wonderful children, Kylee, Tyler, Max and Aiden. Shelly has a heart for sharing the message of salvation and impacting her community for Christ. Being a troubled youth that grew up in Yerington, her focus is to counsel and come alongside those who struggle with addiction and social rejection. Her vision is to see the gospel shared with a hurting world so that it might see the love of Jesus and come to salvation. She believes this can be done by sharing the light of Jesus with others through worship and the community of OTW.
Rebekah Parker-Harrison - Rebekah became a believer in 1990 , and has been in pastoral ministry for the majority of that time. Rescued out of addiction and abuse, she passionately loves the lost, unlovely and the prodigals. Rebekah has two sons. and they are her joy. Her oldest son, Alexander, went home to heaven in 2009 at the age of 18. Her youngest son, Jonathan, now 23 years old, resides in Texas. Rebekah has not only walked the road of service, but also the road of grief and sorrow. A woman devastated by loss, Rebekah knows first hand what it is to be the prodigal. Restoration is her heart. Her vision is to see it in the intimacy of the believer with Christ,in the midst of families and among believers in the body of Christ. Her story of restoration is one that is truly, a miracle. Her years of experience in church leadership bring a necessary depth and strength to OTW.
